Refund & Cancellation Policy

All lessons must be paid for in advance.

If you need to reschedule a lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. We will do our best to arrange a new time based on availability.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the lesson are eligible for rescheduling or a full credit toward a future lesson.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are non-refundable.
• If a student does not attend the lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.

Refunds are available only in the following cases:

• duplicate or accidental payments;
• technical issues that prevent the lesson from taking place and cannot be resolved;
• cancellation by the teacher when no alternative lesson can be arranged.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
